MTM Transit is proud to announce that our Eugene, Oregon team has taken top honors in our national safety challenge! Their creative and engaging “Danger Zone” themed Safety Blitz wowed our leadership team with its innovative execution, energizing the entire workforce and setting a new standard for safety engagement.
Last year, MTM Transit issued a safety challenge inviting teams nationwide to create the most engaging Safety Blitz. Our Safety Blitzes are hands-on activities designed to refresh employees’ knowledge and skills on safety topics. The Eugene team went above and beyond, developing call signs, a movie trailer-style video, and interactive elements that made their blitz unforgettable.
Senior leaders recently traveled to Eugene to celebrate the team’s achievement, sharing delicious food, Danger Zone/ZAP (Zero Accident Philosophy) aprons, and meaningful conversations with our incredible drivers. This recognition not only honored their creativity but also highlighted the team’s commitment to workplace safety.
