MTM Transit Welcomes Natalie Badinghaus as Director of Regional Sales

MTM Transit is pleased to announce the addition of Natalie Badinghaus to our team as Director of Regional Sales. With a strong background in project management, commercial RFPs, and strategic marketing, Natalie brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of success to our organization.

In her new role, Natalie will work closely with MTM Transit’s Business Development team to identify, pursue, and acquire new business through competitive bidding opportunities and organic growth. She will also focus on building strong relationships and growth opportunities with clients.

Natalie is a dedicated strategic thinker known for her exceptional organizational skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Her proficiency in guiding the completion of crucial cross-functional projects has consistently fostered alignment, teamwork, and responsibility among leadership teams and throughout the organizations she has worked with.

Most recently before joining MTM Transit, Natalie served as Director of Sales Support at Coach USA. In this role, she successfully completed over 110 projects and proposals, representing more than $356 million in first-year revenue for new business and renewal contracts. She led commercial proposal efforts for all 27 Coach USA subsidiary companies, managed and developed proposal inputs from various internal stakeholders and subject matter experts, and supported commercial marketing efforts, including inbound/outbound marketing campaigns. Natalie also previously spent three years as Proposal Manager at First Transit, where she managed the proposal process for over 100 bids, resulting in more than $45 million in first-year revenue for new business and renewal contracts.

Natalie earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism and public relations from the Indiana University School of Journalism and holds a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification.
