At MTM Transit, our passengers often become more than just passengers–they become friends and family. Ms. Jean, one of our Capital Metro MetroAccess paratransit customers in Austin, recently turned an amazing 99 years old! Some of our local team members wanted to celebrate this momentous occasion by organizing a mini celebration outside of her home. Several of our staff joined forces with Capital Metro, and visited Ms. Jean equipped with balloons and goodies to honor her birthday. Even at 99, she is enthusiastic about the Austin community, and loves to get out and about using MetroAccess services. In her own words: “I’m busy. I’m not sitting around bumpish!”
