MTM Transit is honored to announce a new partnership with the City of Escalon, California. Under the partnership, MTM Transit’s local team operates the eTrans bus system, a no-cost, door-to-door dial-a-ride service available to the general public. This flexible transit operation connects residents within Escalon and extends to Riverbank, providing approximately 2,100 free trips annually to members of the Escalon community.
Located in Northern California, approximately 60 miles south of Sacramento, the City of Escalon selected MTM Transit for this contract due to our strong reputation and proven expertise in delivering exceptional transit services across the region, including in communities like Tracy and Redding. MTM Transit manages the eTrans program from our nearby Tracy division, ensuring seamless and reliable service for the community.
