Roger brings more than 15 years of expertise in operations, safety management, training, and compliance to MTM Transit. In previous roles, he managed safety programs across six states and championed a proactive culture of safety and regulatory compliance. Roger leads MTM Transit’s award-winning safety and training programs, ensuring every ride we provide is safe, high quality, and compliant with all local, state, and federal regulations. He oversees key initiatives including our Safety Management System, System Safety Program Plan, Emergency Preparedness Plan, and Drug and Alcohol Policies, while also directing safety audits, facilitating training partnerships, and driving impactful programs like safety blitzes, the Master Operator program, and our Zero Accident Philosophy.

A Six Sigma Black Belt with certifications in behavior-based safety, Roger has also completed extensive training through the Transit Safety Institute and the World Safety Organization. His proven leadership and passion for safety continue to elevate MTM Transit’s culture of excellence and care.
